So what is Superhuman Consulting??

Superhuman Consulting came to be after several years of personal trial and error in my quest to become  healthier and as fit as humanly possible. After following many fad and trendy diets and workouts, with none of them getting me closer to my ultimate goal, I decided to do my own research to find out what I had been doing wrong all of these years.

Fitness is not a fad, it's a Lifestyle.

This blog will help those who want to change their life for the better. It is unbiased of gender. This Lifestyle does not require you to be independently wealthy, or to have a personal chef at your beck and call. It does not require you to be a member of a specific gym, or a gym at all. What it does require of you is an open mind, having a mad scientist mentality in regards to nutrition and your body, and motivation to be better, and not be satisfied with mediocre. 

Each week I will blog about a topic such as nutrition, fitness, exercise, and anything and everything in  between.
