This Lifestyle does not require you to be independently wealthy, or to have a personal chef at your beck and call. It does not require you to be a member of a specific gym, or a gym at all. What it does require of you is an open mind, having a mad scientist mentality in regards to nutrition and your body, and motivation to be better, and not be satisfied with mediocre.
